Super Bot Brawl Update 2: Hardcore Zone Explained (September 2026)

Super Bot Brawl's Update 2 adds a Hardcore Zone with easy, normal, and hard tiers, live as of 13 September 2026.
The Hardcore Zone's existence, and its three-tier structure, rest on two independent sources rather than one. The developer's own in-game description, current as of the update recorded 13 September 2026, announces a "Hardcore Zone." Separately, three new badges appeared on Roblox's badge system on 11 September 2026, two days before that description changed: Beat Easy Mode (Hardcore) (badge id 903724099100536), Beat Normal Mode (Hardcore) (badge id 239433139901952), and Beat Hard Mode (Hardcore) (badge id 2712824247267245). The badges' own text points at the same mode: the easy-tier badge description begins "beat easy mode in the hardcore zone," and the hard-tier badge description calls finishing it proof a player has "proven yourself to be a true hardcore player" (Roblox badges API, read 13 September 2026; the API returns these descriptions truncated). A description naming a mode and a badge set naming its difficulty tiers, created independently and two days apart, is enough to state the Hardcore Zone and its easy/normal/hard split as fact. The game's public Roblox title also now reads "[HARDCORE] Super Bot Brawl," the same promotional-prefix pattern used for the prior Bazooka Update, when the title read "[BAZOOKA] Super Bot Brawl" (Roblox API, read 13 September 2026; the game's last-updated timestamp moved to 2026-09-13T02:15:08Z).
Everything else about Update 2 is known only from the developer's own update notes, posted alongside the description change, and has not been corroborated by any player footage yet. Per those notes, bots inside the Hardcore Zone have 10 times normal health, deal percent-based damage rather than a flat number, and move faster than their standard versions. The notes say the update adds four new Hardcore Zone modes but do not name any of them. They also describe a new Sandbox Mode that lets a player summon any bot in the game, restricted to private servers. Two new characters are named for the first time: the Cannoneer Sword Brute and what the notes call its "evolved variant" -- no unlock method or stats are given for either. The name is worth flagging rather than resolving: "Sword Brute" is already an existing early-tier name in the Sword race, and "Cannoneer" reads like weaponry closer to the Bazooka race, so whether this is a new Sword-race tier, a crossover character, or something else is not explained anywhere in the notes. The notes add one new Hardcore Lucky Block, said to drop from hardcore bots and to contain unspecified new artifacts. They close with a tease that an existing colossus will get an upgrade soon, without naming which one or saying when. All of the above is the developer's own description of its own patch, not an independently measured account -- treat every number in this paragraph as a claim, not a confirmed stat.
No player footage of the Hardcore Zone has been reviewed yet, so none of the developer's claims above have a second source. That leaves several practical questions open: what it actually takes to unlock or enter the Hardcore Zone, how often the new Hardcore Lucky Block drops from a hardcore bot, and what the Cannoneer Sword Brute and its evolved variant look like or do in practice. The four new Hardcore Zone modes are so far only a count in the patch notes -- their names and rules are unknown. The same goes for the teased colossus upgrade: which colossus, and what the upgrade changes, is not stated anywhere yet.
More detail should follow once creators get hands-on time in the Hardcore Zone. Until then, the developer's update notes are the entire record of what changed: as of 13 September 2026, no video covers the Hardcore Zone, the Sandbox Mode, the Cannoneer Sword Brute, or the new Hardcore Lucky Block, and this page will be revised the moment that changes.

What we have not checked
No player footage of the Hardcore Zone exists yet. A recorded playthrough would settle the Hardcore Zone's real unlock or entry requirements, the Hardcore Lucky Block's drop rate and contents, the names and mechanics of the 4 new Hardcore Zone modes, and the unlock method and stats for the Cannoneer Sword Brute and its evolved variant.
